For Businesses

What types of businesses does DWS work with?

DWS works with businesses of all sizes — from solo operators and small teams to growing companies. If you have tasks consuming your time that could be handled remotely, DWS can build a support solution around your needs.

How does it work?

Start with an inquiry through our For Businesses page. You then meet with our operations professionals to go over your business. We listen to what you want and need, review the responsibilities together, and agree on the support required. You are not limited to one individual: you get a team of professionals who work together to ensure those needs are met day to day.

What services does DWS offer?

DWS covers virtual assistance, executive assistance, content creator support including video editing and publishing, graphic design and web work, and medical virtual assistance. If you need something not listed, reach out — we evaluate new requirements regularly.

Can I request support for a few weekly hours or a specific project?

Yes. DWS builds freelance support around your actual needs, including recurring tasks, ongoing assistance, or specific project-based engagements. Scope and availability are agreed before you begin.

Am I limited to working with one individual?

No. You get a team of professionals with support coordinated by our operations team. We agree on responsibilities and communication with you so the team can meet your day-to-day needs.

How quickly can support begin?

Timelines depend on the responsibilities involved and team availability. We communicate this clearly during the proposal stage so there are no surprises.

Is my business information kept confidential?

Yes. Information shared with DWS during the inquiry and onboarding process is handled with strict confidentiality and is never shared publicly.

Virtual Assistants

How do I get freelance virtual assistant support?

Submit a business inquiry with your recurring workload and the tools you use. You meet with our operations professionals to review your business, needs, and responsibilities. We agree on a scope and quote, then coordinate a team of professionals to support your day-to-day work.

Can I start with a few weekly hours or a project?

Yes. Freelance support can cover a few weekly hours, ongoing work, or a defined assignment. Scope and availability are discussed before you begin.

Executive Assistants

How do I get freelance executive assistant support?

Submit a business inquiry with your responsibilities and preferred availability. You meet with our operations professionals to discuss what your business wants and needs. We agree on responsibilities, scope, hours, and pricing, then coordinate a team to provide the executive support you need.

Can the subscription fit a limited weekly workload?

Yes. Hours and availability are agreed around your workload. The tier reflects complexity and independence; it does not set a fixed number of hours.

How do I choose Essential, Advanced, or Strategic support?

Essential covers routine administration, Advanced adds team communication and coordination across stakeholders and time zones, and Strategic adds project and team management alongside complex leadership support. DWS reviews your responsibilities, workload, stakeholders, and required judgment to recommend a tier. More routine work may call for more hours within Essential rather than a higher tier.

Can DWS help with video editing?

Yes. Editing can include trimming and sequencing supplied footage, transitions, captions, basic audio cleanup and color adjustments, and platform-ready exports. We can also repurpose longer videos into short-form clips. Your brief, references, tools, delivery schedule, and revision scope guide the work.

How do I get support for my creator business?

Submit an inquiry with the content you create, the platforms you use, and the editing, publishing, or administrative tasks you want to delegate. DWS reviews your brief, priorities, tools, deliverables, and timelines, then agrees on a scope and quote with you.

Can I request support for one campaign?
